EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is an acronym for Emotional Freedom Technique and is often simply referred to as Tapping due to how the therapy is applied. EFT is a self help method which involves gently tapping on specific meridian points, similar to acupuncture. EFT can benefit in both physical and emotional issues such as:

  • Stress
  • Physical discomfort or pain
  • Insomnia
  • Performance: sport, music, sexual etc
  • Release negative emotions like:
    • Anger
    • Guilt
    • Frustration
    • Anxiety
  • Emotional trauma
  • Remove cravings/addictions
  • and much more.

A therapy session will involve working with a Master Practitioner who will guide you through the process and how to use EFT to resolve specific issues. As always every session will be geared towards the clients needs. We will teach you basic tapping and provide a manual and guidance, allowing you to utilise this technique on a daily basis.

EFT is an extremely effective self help technique and can be used on many issues.
